Behavior Assessments and School Consultation
Functional Behavior Assessments
Our BCBAs provide comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to help families and schools determine strategies and interventions to manage challenging behavior and teach children effective replacement behaviors.

The purpose of an FBA is to:
Identify the function of challenging behavior
Determine environmental triggers and reinforcing consequences
Develop a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) based on data
Identify treatment goals to teach appropriate replacement behaviors
Support families, educators, and staff in managing behavior effectively, safely, and compassionately.
Outcomes of FBAs consist of:
- Individualized behavioral interventions.
- Reduction in challenging behaviors.
- Improved academic performance and classroom engagement.
- Meaningful data collection to document improvements
- Greater teacher confidence and consistency in behavior support.
