With years of experience in behavioral health, education systems, and family advocacy, we bring both professional insight and real-life understanding to every conversation.

Kelsey Wolak

Behavior Analyst/ Owner

Kelsey Wolak specializes in working with children with disabilities and their families, utilizing applied behavior analysis with positive
behavior supports. Her areas of expertise include data-driven programming, navigating the education system, IEPs for students
with disabilities, inclusive practices, comprehensive parent training/ consultation, and functional behavior assessments. Kelsey has
experience working in homes, clinics, non-public and public school settings, and providing professional development for school staff.

Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University and an advanced
certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Colorado. Kelsey has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
since 2019 and has spent her career supporting children and young adults in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings across
New York and New Jersey through in-person and teletherapy. She combines her years of experience in direct care ABA and
knowledge of special education to empower families with the skills to make lasting change.

Kelsey is committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment for all children. She prioritizes building strong relationships
and fostering meaningful collaboration with families, schools, and other providers who play a vital role in each child’s growth and
development. Kelsey’s goal is to ensure that every child feels seen, empowered, and supported as they work toward their goals at
their own pace.
